   edmodo app

 

YOU WILL BE LINKING YOUR 2 ARTICLES TO EDMODO

 

Adding a link or file on edmodo APP version

 

1. Go to edmodo (app version)

2. select your group 5477 iPad Summer'14

3. select the + in the top right corner.

4. Select note.

5. look at the bottom of note pop-up and find "attach" select URL.

6.Paste the articles URL, address, into the top section and in a minute the title of the article will appear below it.

7. Select Load.

8. See assignment for note details.

 

Adding a link or file to edmodo: ( online )

  1. select Note
  2. Select the link or file icon 

 

 

   3.  Copy and paste the link (URL) of the item you wish to link your post to the http:// section.

  

 

   4. If you wait a second or two, the title of the file of link will appear.

   5. Select Attach 

file: select file and a drop down menu appears. select the file you want to attach, select 'Open".

   6. Continue with the note as usual.

c. Mini Lessons: see assignment page too

 

Prepare a mini lesson using the educreations app. The lesson plan format is provided on the assignments page. Lesson should demonstrate understanding of how to use the iPad app in an educational setting (ie: lessons, activities, support student learning). All assignments should use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling and reflect graduate level work.

Mini Lesson questions:

 

Please answer the following questions on a word doc in CloudOn and submit through dropbox or in evernote. 

1. How did you set up your learning space?

2. How engaged were your students?

3. Compare the pace of learning from other methods you have used in the past.

4. How would you know if using visuals with speech helps retain the information presented?

5. How can this app not only be used as a lesson, but an assessment tool as well?

5. Did you have trouble? How did you solve problems?

6. What did you like about using the ipad and the app and what would your change?

7. Add the educreations share link to edmodo and share with us your educreations.
